Lead time is currently 10–14 working days. We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but lead times may vary throughout the year. Working days are Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 12 noon will begin processing the next working day.
Once ready, orders are dispatched 3 working days before delivery.
We deliver throughout mainland UK (excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man) via a national pallet network. All items arrive flat-packed for self-assembly, shrink-wrapped on a non-returnable wooden pallet.
Before delivery, you’ll receive a phone call to confirm details and agree on a weekday slot between 8 AM and 6 PM. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched without incurring charges.
Customers are responsible for providing clear, unobstructed access. Failed or returned deliveries may incur extra charges. Delivery requires access for a 7.5T lorry (a similar size to a bin lorry or fire engine). Delivery is to the kerbside only. If access is restricted, additional charges may apply.
Someone must be available to check and sign for delivery unless you’ve given written permission for the goods to be left unattended. In this case, we cannot accept liability for loss or damage. Please inspect items on arrival and sign as “damaged” if packaging is compromised.
While we work hard to meet timeframes, we do not offer compensation for delays, and any outstanding balance remains payable.
If arranging independent installation, please wait until your delivery date is confirmed and check all items have arrived in full before booking or starting any work.
