Why has my raw product not arrived rusty?
As mentioned in the description, our ‘rusty’ products are made from raw steel that is designed to rust. This means that the product will arrive in a clean metal state, but within a couple f weeks in your garden exposed to the elements, they will begin to display the desired rust finish. In some cases, this happens in a matter of days, depending on the rainfall. The rusting process can be sped up by applying acid to the product, which other suppliers do, but we prefer not to do this for the sake of the environment.

How to I request a caddy wheel replacement?
If you are missing or need to replace one of our caddy wheels please contact our customer care team. Include the name of the product, your order number and the delivery address, and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you, free of charge.

Do you offer international shipping?
As we are a small family run business, we don't offer international shipping at the moment. However, this is definitely something we are looking into for the future as the company continues to grow!

Who is eligible for a customer account?
Anyone is eligible for a customer account. Simply click the Login icon at the top right of the navigation bar and follow the steps onscreen.

How do I log in to my account?
When you first create an account, you will be automatically logged in and a temporary password will be emailed to you. Once you are in your account, you can update your password to something you will be able to easily remember.
